55" tall Bear hide Ceremony & Ritual rattle dedicated to the Sun - a hand painted sunwheel adorns the head. Other spirits imbued are Wolf (fur), Elk (bone at base), and Duck (feathers). The rattle head contains Green Gram (Mung Bean). Sinew ties, Birch wood body, wood beads, and Icelandic wool (wrapping) are also included in its creation. This Ceremony & Ritual rattle, I've simply named Níufiðri, or "Nine-Feathers". Hand painted artwork throughout. The head is 7" across. Very securely and sturdily crafted with durability in mind.
